We ship directly from Korea to your country.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Time

Standard international delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or unexpected global shipping issues, delivery may take longer than the estimated time. We kindly ask for your understanding if your order is delayed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; details will be announced on the store homepage.


Customs & Import Taxes

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

We cannot control or predict these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping fee.



Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by customs inspections, local holidays, or courier network delays.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
