1. Return Period

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. This period includes and extends the legal 14-day cooling-off period mandated by the European Union, and it applies to all customers.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedure

To start a return, please contact us at general@coskorean.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

  • The refunded amount will include the full price of the item plus the original shipping cost. Please note that if you opted for a delivery method more expensive than the standard, least expensive option offered by us, the additional cost will not be refunded.

Please note it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any personal care or cosmetic products that have been unsealed or used. This is to protect the health and safety of our customers.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have (subject to the above conditions), and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the correct item.
